You can even see the Passenger ferry arriving, availability of parking on the quay, Tom's boatyard and people as they enter and occasionally leave the Russell and Lugger Inns.

From these windows it seems that the world comes to you. Great all year around but a real benefit out of season when the weather might mean a day spent indoors is quite attractive.
